Doorstep Deliveries is Matthew Caropolo. He runs a cargo van and a 13 foot enclosed trailer with a drop-down ramp out of Clearwater, and he covers Pinellas and Hillsborough seven days a week. The person who quotes your job is the person who shows up to do it.
Every page below carries the real handling detail for that one thing: why a fridge cannot ride on its side, why a flat screen never lies flat, why a 16 foot board does not fit anything we own. We would rather tell you what we will not do than take the job and figure it out in your driveway.
Flat pricing by distance: Up to 5 miles is $50, 5 to 10 miles is $75, 10+ miles is $120. No deposit to book. 10% off your first service, new customers, on jobs over $100. just mention it when you book.

What we will not take
Most places say yes to everything and sort it out when they arrive. We would rather lose the call than waste your day, so here is the honest list.
- Pianos. An upright runs 300 to 800 pounds and needs a piano board and real technique. That is a specialist, and we are not it.
- Pool tables. Slate has to come apart and be re-leveled at the other end, or the table plays crooked forever. That is a pool table installer's job.
- Gun safes. Most run 500 to 1500 pounds. Wrong equipment, wrong crew size, and a bad day for your floors.
- Lumber over about 12 feet. The trailer is 13 feet. A 16 foot board does not fit anything we own, and no amount of wanting the job changes that.
- Plumbing, gas, and electrical hookups. We deliver appliances and set them in place. Water lines and gas connections go to a licensed tech.
- Boats that are not already on a trailer. We tow, we do not own a boat trailer, and we do not launch or pull from the water.
If your job is on that list, say so and we will tell you who to call instead. That costs us nothing and saves you an afternoon.
Where we go
All of Tampa Bay
Clearwater is home base, so that is where we answer fastest. We also run Tampa, St. Petersburg, Largo, and Palm Harbor, plus Safety Harbor, Tarpon Springs, and Lutz. Palm Harbor sits far enough north that it usually lands in the 10 plus mile band, and we tell you that number before we roll.
