Appliance Delivery in Clearwater and Tampa Bay

We pick up your new fridge, washer, or range from the store and set it right where you want it, padded and handled with care the whole way.

The problem

The store dropped the ball. We won't.

A new appliance is a big purchase, and getting it home is the part nobody warns you about. The store says delivery is an extra fee, then tells you the truck only drops it in the driveway, not up the stairs or into the laundry room. Meanwhile the old unit is still sitting there, and you are stuck figuring out how to move two heavy machines on your own without scratching a floor or throwing out your back.

How we help We take the whole headache off your plate. Call Matthew, get a flat price upfront, and we pick the appliance up from the store or warehouse, pad it, strap it down, and walk it inside to the exact spot it belongs. The person who quotes the job is the person who shows up. When you have a disposal or drop-off plan, we can haul the old unit away in the same trip.

Common jobs

Jobs like yours, all the time

New fridge, old one gone

You bought a refrigerator at Home Depot and need the old one out. We deliver the new one, set it in place, and haul the old fridge off when you have a disposal plan.

Store wouldn't take it upstairs

The store truck left your washer in the garage and would not go up to the second-floor laundry room. We pick it up from there and carry it the rest of the way.

Same-day appliance run

Your old dryer quit and you grabbed a new one off the floor today. Call us and we can get it home and in place the same day.

Set in place, done right

We set it level and plumb, then leave the water, gas, and electrical to a licensed tech

Setting an appliance in place is more than shoving it into the gap. A fridge that sits a half-inch off level runs louder, ices up unevenly, and can swing its doors shut on you. A washer that is not leveled walks across the floor on the spin cycle. So we level every unit front to back and side to side, adjust the feet, and check that the doors and lids sit square before we call it done.

Where we stop is the connections. We do not touch water supply lines, gas lines, or hardwired electrical. That is on purpose. A bad water-line fitting floods a laundry room, and a gas line is a licensed plumber's job, not a delivery driver's. We get the machine into position, level, and ready for your installer or tech to make the final hookup.

  • Leveled front to back and side to side with the feet adjusted
  • Doors and lids checked so they sit square and self-close right
  • Unit positioned in the gap, ready for the hookup
  • No water lines, no gas, no hardwired electrical
  • We tell you upfront what a licensed tech still needs to finish

Measure before you buy

Fridge depth, door swing, and the one-inch breathing gap that keeps a fridge alive

Most appliance returns we hear about come down to one thing: the new unit did not fit the spot. A fridge needs roughly an inch of clearance on the sides and the back so the condenser can shed heat. Pin it tight against drywall and it runs hot and dies early. The doors need room to swing past the counter edge and the cabinet so the crisper drawers actually pull out.

We will not measure your kitchen for you over the phone, but we will tell you the numbers that matter before delivery day so the machine clears the doorways on the way in. Tell us the fridge or washer dimensions when you call and we will flag a tight doorway or a hallway turn before we are standing in it with 300 pounds on a dolly.

  • Roughly one inch on the sides and back of a fridge for airflow
  • Door swing past the counter so the crispers clear
  • Counter-depth versus standard-depth before you buy
  • Doorway and hallway width measured against the box, not guessed
  • Step-ups, thresholds, and tight turns flagged ahead of the truck

Upright and braced

Appliance dollies, stair-climbing straps, and why a fridge has to ride upright

A refrigerator is built to run standing up. Lay one flat or tip it past 45 degrees and the compressor oil drains into the cooling lines, which is how you end up with a brand-new fridge that will not cool. We keep fridges upright on the dolly and on the van, and when one has to go flat for a doorway, the rule is simple: it sits upright for the same number of hours before you plug it in.

We move appliances on a proper appliance dolly with a strap, not a furniture dolly and a prayer. For stairs we use stair-climbing straps so the weight is shared and the unit stays controlled the whole way up. That protects the machine, your stair treads, and the carry team. Tight Clearwater condo stairwells and second-floor laundry rooms are exactly the runs this gear is built for.

  • Fridges kept upright on the dolly and in the van
  • If one rides flat, it stands upright before it gets plugged in
  • Appliance dolly with a ratchet strap, never a loose furniture cart
  • Stair-climbing straps so the load stays controlled on the steps
  • Pads on the corners so we do not gouge a wall or a tread

Old unit out

Lining up the old-unit haul-off with a store take-back or the transfer station

Swapping an appliance means two heavy machines, not one. The smart play is to move the old unit out before the new one comes in, so we are not shuffling both in a tight laundry closet. We pull the old fridge or washer, dolly it out, and take it with us in the same trip when you have a disposal plan set.

That plan is the part to sort before delivery day. A lot of stores offer take-back when you buy the replacement, so the old unit can ride back toward the retailer. Otherwise it goes to a Pinellas County transfer station or a scrap-metal yard, and we factor that drop-off into the flat quote. We do not haul a unit off to nowhere. Tell us the plan when you book and the old machine leaves with us instead of sitting in your garage for a month.

  • Old unit pulled and dollied out before the new one comes in
  • Both machines handled in one trip, not two visits
  • Store take-back ride-back when you bought the replacement there
  • Pinellas transfer station or scrap-yard drop when there is no take-back
  • Disposal worked into the flat quote so there is no surprise dump fee

Good to know

Appliance Delivery questions

How much does appliance delivery cost?
Pricing is quote-based and flat. Call or text and we give you a price upfront based on the distance, the size and weight of the appliance, any stairs or tight access, and the timing. The price we quote is the price you pay. No deposit, no surge, no surprise fees.
Can you deliver an appliance the same day?
Often, yes. Call early and we will try to fit you in. We run 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends, so we are not stuck to weekday business hours.
Do you install or hook up the appliance?
We deliver and set the appliance in place where you want it. We do not do plumbing, gas, or electrical hookups, so water lines, gas connections, and wiring are best left to a licensed tech. We get the heavy part done so the hookup is quick.
Can you haul away my old appliance?
Yes, when there is a clear disposal plan. If you have a store take-back, a transfer station, or a dump run we agree on in the quote, we load the old unit and haul it off in the same trip so you are not left with two appliances.
Can you pick it up from the store?
That is most of what we do. We pick up from Lowe's, Home Depot, Best Buy, or any store or warehouse, then bring the appliance inside and set it in place. You never have to rent a truck or borrow a friend with a pickup.
What appliances do you handle?
Refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges and stoves, dishwashers, chest and upright freezers, microwaves and wall ovens, water heaters for delivery, and wine and beverage coolers. If you are not sure yours fits, just ask when you call.
Do you level the washer and fridge after you set them in place?
Yes. We level every appliance front to back and side to side and adjust the feet before we leave. A washer that is not level walks across the floor on spin, and a fridge that sits off level can run loud and ice up unevenly. We get it sitting flat and square so it is ready for your tech to make the final connections.
My new fridge is counter-depth. Will it fit my old spot?
Counter-depth and standard-depth fridges are different animals, and the gap that fit your old standard unit may swallow a counter-depth one or pinch its airflow. We do not measure your kitchen over the phone, but if you give us the new fridge dimensions and your opening when you call, we will flag a tight fit or a doorway problem before delivery day instead of at your door.
Does the refrigerator have to ride standing up?
Yes, we keep fridges upright on the dolly and in the van. Laying one flat or tipping it too far lets the compressor oil run into the cooling lines, which can stop a new fridge from cooling. If a doorway forces a unit to go flat for a few minutes, the rule is it stands upright for the same number of hours before anyone plugs it in.
Can you take my old appliance out before you bring the new one in?
That is how we like to do it. Moving the old fridge or washer out first means we are not wrestling two machines in a tight laundry closet. We pull the old unit, dolly it out, and haul it off in the same trip when you have a disposal plan, like a store take-back or a Pinellas transfer-station run we agree on in the flat quote.
