These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services provided by Doorstep Deliveries ("we," "us," or "our") in Clearwater, FL and the greater Tampa Bay area. By booking a job with us, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

We provide on-demand delivery, hauling, and moving-help services. This includes furniture and appliance delivery, loading and unloading, office relocations, construction material delivery, and same-day transport of items within our service area. We provide the labor and transport for the items you ask us to move.

Quotes and payment

Every job is quoted upfront based on the details you provide. The quoted price is what you pay, provided the job matches what was described. If the scope changes on site, for example more items, a different location, or access we were not told about, we will confirm any price change with you before continuing. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App. No checks, please.

Scheduling and cancellations

We do our best to arrive within the agreed window and will keep you updated. Same-day and after-hours availability depends on the schedule. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you can so we can plan the day.

Care of your items

We handle every item with care, padding and securing your belongings for transport. While we take every reasonable precaution, you agree to point out any pre-existing damage or fragile items before we begin, and to ensure items are ready and accessible at pickup.

Items we cannot transport

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials, illegal items, perishable goods, live animals, or anything we reasonably determine to be unsafe or improperly prepared. We do not perform plumbing, gas, or electrical connections; appliances are delivered and set in place only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, items not properly disclosed or prepared, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
