Up US-19 into Pasco
How a New Port Richey material run actually works
New Port Richey sits at the north end of what we cover, about 35 miles up from downtown Tampa, right where US-19 runs through Historic Downtown and crosses the Pithlachascotee River. Most of our Pasco material runs start at a supplier down in Pinellas or across the bay in Hillsborough, so we route to get the time-sensitive stock first, the sheetrock or lumber a crew is standing around waiting on, and land it at your site before the rest.
Because it is a longer haul, a New Port Richey run falls in our flat 10-plus-mile rate, and you hear that number before anything moves. The enclosed 13-foot trailer with the drop-down ramp is the piece that matters up here: your drywall and flooring ride out of the sun and the 3pm storm, and full pallets roll off the ramp instead of getting dropped. Lumber and long trim go up to about 12 feet. Sixteen-footers do not fit anything we own, and we tell you that before you book, not on framing morning.
- Pickup from Pinellas and Tampa yards, big boxes, and specialty suppliers, hauled up US-19
- Time-sensitive material routed to the New Port Richey site first
- Enclosed trailer, so Gulf-side afternoon storms never soak your drywall or flooring
- Full pallets roll off the drop-down ramp, no liftgate needed
- Longer haul, so it lands in the flat 10-plus-mile rate, quoted before we roll
